At Precision Tube Production we manufacture products specific to customers' requirements. We specialise in small quantity productions of small diameter precision tubes in Nickel Alloy, Stainless Steel, Low Expansion Alloy and Copper Alloys as well as large diameter, thin walled, Seamless Aluminium tubes. Our minimum production quanity to precision tubes is 30 meters whilst orders of Aluminium Drawn Tube can be as low as 10 meters. We have no minimum order value.

Aluminium Tube

Precision Aluminium Drawn Tube Size Range: 3mm to 170mm O.D.

Tube Wall thickness 0.5mm to 7mm depending on alloy, tolerance and temper.

Aluminium Drawn Tube is available in Rectangular, Flat sided, oval and Special aluminium shapes manufactured to order.

Our precision drawn aluminium tube is produced from porthole and seamless extrusion and is available in cut length of 4.0mm to 6000mm.

Whilst the majority of production relates to aluminium round tubes, we also have extensive fabrication facilities for tube bending, aluminium welding and assembly.

Precision Tube

All stainless steel, nickel alloy, low expansion alloys and copper alloy tubes are produced to the highest quality with emphasis in thin wall, critical tolerance, profiled/shaped tubes in both cut lengths and random lengths. We are regularly supplying to the aerospace, electronics, engineering and medical industries.

In addition to tube production we can also offer a range of processes including cut-to-length (as short as 1.0mm with clean, squared ends), pressure flow testing, and end swaging / chamfering.

All production tubes are supplied with test certification including chemical and mechanical analysis.
